Automatically Add to iTunes Folder Question

Hey iFriends,

My "Automatically Add items to iTunes" Folder is in French?!? Is anyone else having this problem. I can't rename it.

Any help appreciated. I will try to add a screenshot.

Yes, brand new 2013 iMac. From Apple.com. It's very bizarre! When I go into Get info and go to rename it, it is in English.

I hit the hide extension button... then renamed the folder, and it worked! I guess it's fixed...still very strange.
