Automatically download Website Text

Does anybody know of any software that can automatically download content from a website/forum? I'm looking to create a backup of all blog entries and forum posts into a word/text document. Anybody know of a way other than just copying and pasting the text on the site?

There are several programs that can do this. I use a command-line tool called wget for this purpose.
