Automatically mount shared drive when on a specific network

Hi,

I am using a shared volume on my Mac mini to act as a Time Machine drive for my MacBook Air

I’d like my Air to automatically mount this volume when it’s on my home network but not to try to link to it when I’m offline or away from home

Both machines are running Sonoma

Is this possible?

Time Machine can handle that for you automatically. Set up a Time Machine server on the Mac Mini according to Apple's instructions.
