A while ago I saw a mac that was setup so that when you reboot, the whole volume was re-imaged. The idea is that when you reboot, all changes made by the user were reverted.

Does anyone know what is needed to do this? I cant find much information through google.

That's probably what's done in the Apple store, but I doubt they make it available to the public.

re-imaging the disk would take time, a LOT more than a reboot.
