Automatically switch Internet Sharing off?

So my MacBook Pro is plugged into a wired ethernet connection 80% of the time and while it is, I turn on internet sharing so my iPhone can use it's internet.
(My wireless router is too far away for the iPhone to get a signal) Is there a way to automatically turn sharing off when I unplug the ethernet cable? It gets annoying having to toggle it on/off when I take my Mac on the couch or bedroom.
