Automatically Transfer Photos Taken to Mac

Hi,

It would be awesome if someone can recommend me an app that is able to do this,
automatically and immediately transfer photos taken on my iphone to my mac assuming that they're both on the same WiFi.

I've been looking around and I can't seem to find any decent app that does this.

Photo Stream will do this 🙂
