Automatically Update iTunes Music Files

Is there a way for iTunes to automatically detect that I've put something in my Music folder and then transfer that to iTunes? Thanks in advance. 🙂

I don't believe so. The "iTunes way" is to drag stuff into iTunes itself and let it manage the Music folder for you (although that's not as easy to automate).

iTunes 9 creates an "Automatically Add to iTunes" folder in the iTunes folder if you want to add stuff from there.
