Automator-AppleScript and Address Book

Hey ppl, I need some help with Automator-AppleScript and the Address Book in Snow Leopard.

I have a list of people in Excel (and Numbers) format with e-mails, phone numbers and company names and need to create an individual contact for each of them in the Address book.

I was wondering if there is a way to do that through Automator or AppleScript but I haven't found anything yet.

Any ideas?
