I'm trying to create an automator service to combine images in a folder to PDF. But, I want automator to use Acrobat instead of Preview.

I used to do this when I had Leopard, but the workflow disappeared during the upgrade.

So far, all I could do and find uses Preview.
Can someone give a hand?

PS= Please no Preview suggestions.

Acrobat doesn't include any Automator Actions, but it does have extensive AppleScript commands.
So you could create a service that runs an AppleScript which processes the files in Acrobat.

However, what is your particular reason for wanting to combine the images into a PDF using Acrobat, rather than Preview? What do you think Acrobat will do in this workflow that Preview doesn't?
Perhaps it might be easier to automate Preview and then pass the completed PDF to Acrobat for further processing?
