Automator Email not reliable

I have automator setup to send emails out with attachments at a certain time after hours every night. The problem i have is sometimes they send and sometimes they dont, i have made sure that none of the attachments are in use which would hold it up from being sent and they are not. How can i make this more reliable....😡
