Automator Problem

I'm using Leopard Beta and am having a problem trying to use a loop in Automator.

The picture shows how I have set up the workflow file, the problem is that the Watch Me Do section is only executed twice. If anyone knows how I can fix this so that it continues indefinitely it would be very appreciated.
