I print ALL my work to pdf and it's a bit of a pain having no shortcut keys to do this so I decided to give automator's Watch Me Do feature to carry out these 5 simple steps:
Click File
Click Print
Click PDF button
Click Save as pdf...
It all works great but I would like to know whether there's a way to skip watching the automator work through the steps as the workflow is executing?
I don't really see the point in showing the mouse move around doing the steps, as it's not really saving time, it just saves me from actually moving my fingers to do it. I suppose it's better than nothing but just jumping straight to the "Save as PDF" dialog would be much more useful.
