Autosave option in ML?

In Lion, the Autosave feature was automatically there, but when I upgraded to ML, it doesn't seem to Autosave anymore (it now acts like Snow Leopard did).

Where is the option for Autosave?

Also, the Resume feature seems to be gone from System Preferences. Where is it now?
