AVC BROWSER - Apple developer firewire SDK

I cannot gain access to the AVC browser from the developers page...Can anyone help me or send the app to me?

I can't gain access to the Xcode download page.

I'm having the same problem. Been looking for the files for two days. I should think that if they are this hard to find that somebody who knows how could put a link to the files.
