AVCHD Camera not mounting in Leopard

Since upgrading to Leopard my Sony HDR-UX1 will not mount. In Tiger it would mount and I would copy the files through ReadDVD to an external hard drive, however Leopard will not even recognize the camera and will not mount it. Any tips?
