AVI on new ipad

hey guys just got hands on the new ipad....love the screen...wanna noe if there are any avi players which can play all video formats up to 1080p no lag supporting the retina screen yet....thanks in advance

Try CineXPlayer. handles AVIs exceptionally well.(it runs fluidly on iPad 1 so it should be butter smooth on iPad 3)

what type of AVI's? AVI and Quicktime are container files...they can contain a large range of codecs so you have to be more specific.

All video formats? that's insane.

Buzz player is very good.

AVPlayer HD handles everything I've ever thrown at it, even flv videos
I'll add to your choir. It's a top 5 must have app on the iPad. It even played 720p Mkv files on my iPad 2, however it stuttered a bit but should hopefully flow like butter on my iPad 3.

Unfortunately since the CPU is the same, videos will play the same on both the iPad2 and on the The new iPad in AVPlayerHD.

Since we don't know what it's doing under the hood, the extra RAM and the new GPU might pump up the player's ability.

i am using avplayerhd for my ipad2 but does it make use of the retina and play 1080p video files as good as the stock video app
