AVI to MP4

I have Creative Suite 4. Does one of the programs transfer AVI to MP4?

Probably Media Encoder can do that, but HandBrake can do that too, depending on what codec the AVI file is using. HandBrake even has presets for lots of iDevices.

I was hoping to not have to get a new program. Most cost money and I have to believe one of these Adobe programs I already have will do it.

HandBrake is free, as can be seen from the website I linked to. And if you have CS4, then you have Media Encoder, which can do what you want too.

Is that understandable?
