Hey all. Avoid http://usedmac.com recently I ordered on two occasions parts for a clamshell ibook and both times despite the site saying "In stock" The orders were canceled the email saying out of stock. The second time the order was for a upper case part at $29 + Shipping The order was canceled almost the same moment ordered claiming "Out of stock" next the online price was changed to $69 and is still listed as "In stock" at the website! AVOID completely

Funny this comes up now... I'm waiting for some feet for my MBP that I ordered from them. It's been 10 days...

After the second cancellation I called the customer service number and the guy gave me a crap story about they needed time to take some donated units apart but my order would be sent. that was almost 30 days ago with nothing and many ignored voice mails from me. to this day nothing.....

Avoid at all costs

Worst is any other source is either out of stock (For Real) or asking too much for the part. fixed income I just can't swing it.

Well.. I got the item I ordered, almost a month after ordering. To their credit - I was not charged until the item shipped. I'm not sure these feet are the same as OEM, but I'm soon replacing the machine anyway...
