It looks like the new ultra uses same charger as previous watch, however MagSafe duo doesn’t mention ultra as being compatible? Seems strange. I’ve ordered one so will test when I get it but would be very annoying if it didn’t work.

Just ordered Apple Watch Ultra. Was wanting to use with Apple MagSafe Duo Charger that I already own but Watch Ultra is not listed. The Watch Ultra is also not listed as compatible with the USB C 20 watt charger that I own either. In fact it looks like the own charger listing the Watch Ultra as compatible is the 35W Dual USB-C Port Power Adapter so having just paid £849 do I now have to spend another £69 to be able to charge it?

Apple Watch Ultra seems to work fine on MagSafe Duo Charger. Did not need to adjust angle as suggested in Apple Support docs.

Mine also works with the Ocean band. I know the Duo doesn't always get a lot of love on these forums, and it doesn't support fast charging, and it's not USB-C, but I have a soft spot for it and am glad it works with the Ultra :)
