As the title suggests my AW2 is not tracking distance or speed when using the watch on an Outdoor Cycle.

It measures active & total calories, elevation gain, heart rate & total time but not speed or distance yet it shows me the route I took.

Strava on the other hand does collect all data via the watch.

Anyone else have this happen too?

I have an AW2 and it tracked everything fine on an outdoor cycle I did yesterday. I'm running iOS 10.1 beta and WatchOS 3.1 beta.

It tracks walks okay, all the info is there.

I'm wondering if it could be that I'm using Strava & Map My Ride via my phone at the same time.

Does the watch workout auto pause for you during cycling or is auto pause only for running workouts?

Not sure why it's not working. Just to see if it would work, I turned on cycle workout on my watch and drove down the main street going 40mph (speed limit) and it was spot on. It does take a few seconds to catch up but it eventually it does match my speedometer on my car.

I just did an outdoor cycle workout using UnderArmour Record .... it recorded everything, but in the Activity App, it shows an outdoor cycle workout with distance and average speed of 0.

Looks like 3rd party apps aren't logging things correctly, as when I used the Activity app to log an outdoor cycle yesterday it was fine.

That's weird, Strava logs everything fine and as you know that's 3rd party too. Don't have any problems with that.
