AW4&5 ECG feature

Hey all

So the ECG feature in the AW is currently disabled in Australia.
I am wondering, if I purchase an AW directly from the US or get a friend to grab me one while he's living there and ship it to me, will the ECG function be available to me?

Yes, my wife has a US iwatch and her ECG work fine. Mine is not the US version my ECG still isn't on.

That's good to know. At least bringing a US one to Aus won't somehow disable it

no, when I set it up back then I made sure the iphone/watch regions are set to the US.
