If I delete a message on the AW, it does not delete it on the iPhone and vice versa. All messages are showing up on both devices, just the delete seems to not be synching. Any thoughts what might be causing this or how to fix it? Thanks!

I am not sure about Watch OS 5, but it never sync'ed message deletions before. Ipads/iPhone did, but not with my S0 watch. I just assume it still doesn't.

The devices don't sync with deleted messages. I have an Apple Watch, iPhone, and MacBook Pro and iMessages deletion on all three of them don't sync. You have to go to each device to delete the messages you want gone.

Not true. With iCloud syncing, it will delete messages across your devices. I have not see it delete from AW when deleted on other devices, or on other devices when deleted from the AW.

It is kind of annoying, especially since I now have 2 AWs.

Yeah, this really should be fixed or implemented. It's one of the feature improvement requests I've sent to Apple along w/ some other items that really should be a no-brianer. Maybe they think you aren't really looking at Messages on your watch long enough to make it worthwhile?

I probably use my watch more than my phone now (since getting the S4 watch, the S0 was WAY TOO SLOW). I agree, and can’t wait for them to implement/fix this issue.
