Awesome $1 case from China that solved all of my signal problems!

I just ordered three of them and I still don't have my iPhone 4, yet. I got one for me, my wife, and my daughter since we're all waiting for our new phones.
 
Easy fix for the covered top microphone

I found some tool in my basement that looked like an industrial hole puncher and put a few tiny holes in the top. Problem solved.

I ordered two, but had to update my billing address for Paypal and wasn't given the chance to comment on which colors I wanted. Oh well, looks like I'll get black. :rolleyes:
 
just bought one too to see if it will help with signal issue as OP has said :) if it doesn't work it's only 68p which is nothing really
 
Bought one but forgot to say what color I wanted in the paypal note so I guess I'm getting black. I'm about to buy another one in the color I wanted.

DONT FORGET TO SAY WHAT COLOR YOU WANT! YOU CANT CHANGE IT AFTER YOU ORDER! lol

God.. You never heard of emailing/ eBay mailing the seller? Honestly ...
 
I just got 5 cases: black, grey, white, yellow & orange. I'll probably never use all the colors but for a $1 each, who cares.
 
Case looks like dog ****, but good thing it serves it's purpose I guess.

what is your logic? when they ship the product to your door, what money they pay to the local shipping? do you think they pay Chinese Yuan to fedex/postoffice/ups or whoever the carrier?
 
I bought that exct same case for my 3GS from a pound shop near me. Only used it temporarily untill I decided I would go naked.

Well ovbiously not exact as it sort of had to fit the 3gs but you know what I mean.

You don't have to be a condescending Dbag to get your point across. Honestly...

Yeah, I sent a message and email to the seller minutes after I ordered. Twenty minutes later I received a shipping verification email and not a response to my message. These guys are all over processing and shipping, Apple and AT&T should hire them for their next launch. :rolleyes:

Anyway, at a buck each, I reordered the color I wanted for my GF.

iPhone 4 is assembled in China. Most parts are made in S. Korea(A4, LCD, Camera, RAM, Flash, Battery), Japan, German, Taiwan, and few USA parts. Only the software is made in USA but Google is giving it for free to China(counterfeits), S. Korea(Samsung, LG), Japan(Sony Ericsson), Taiwan(HTC) so that they can defeat the USA company(Apple). What a joke! :cool: By the way, I ordered one. Thanks OP.
 
Look at it this way, folks. If a seller in China can ship you a case for a grand total of $1 and still make some sort of profit, imagine how much is Apple raking in for selling something essentialy similar.

I emailed the guy twice with the colors I wanted to no avail. I did get an email from the guy to me & others that ordered from him. Our names were all in the same body. HAHAHAHAHA
 
I ordered a few of these, took about two weeks to get here. They're not bad, you can tell they're cheap, but they get the job done.
 
I ordered 2, forgot to put the colors so i'll get black

ordered 2 more just for the colors...

3.96 for 4 cases......Can't beat that.

It's worth a shot.
 
I received the same gray case today.

And it does wash out the photos when used with the flash.

I guess black case would do better, but you can't see the apple logo....

Here are the shots with and without the case taken within seconds of each other.
