Hi,

The sound quality in iMac Pro Bootcamp is terrible. The sound is very tinny, brittle and harsh. And every 10-15 minutes the sound stops, and I have to change device (from speakers to headphones) and the sound is back.

Anyone fixed this? Is there a different sound driver that'll work better? (I have tried Atmos off and on.)

Thanks.

Did you install all the BootCamp drivers?

I haven't heard any other reports of this from people who've used Windows on their iMac Pro

I followed the regular Bootcamp installation. Yes, I've noticed no other complaints about this. Weird. I did install the latest unofficial bootcampdriver from Mat, but that is only a graphics driver.'
The sound is bad on both internal and external speakers, so it's a software issue.

Any idea what's going on here?
[doublepost=1518645320][/doublepost]Duh, simple fix. Just updated the sound driver, it works now. I think I need a break...lol.

Thanks for help, appreciate it!
