Axiotron Modbook for $1450?

Anyone use the Axiotron Modbook? I'm looking at one with 2.1ghz 4gb ram 300gb and superdrive for $1450 that same machine is worth way over 2k from axiotron. I feel like it's a good deal, especially if people like it. Any input?
