Baby surveillance apps?

my kid sister has tasked me with trying to get her set up with a couple of baby cams for one child and one on the way. i think she is on mac and her husband is on PC and i basically have some familiarity with Vitamin D which is a fantastic app.

i found an old thread on the forum from 2009 on this and i am hoping that some listers may have some advice, leads, urls etcetera that they can share.
