Back Keyboard on White iPad?

This may be a dumb question but I restored from my black iPad 3 to a white rMini and I'm getting a black keyboard on the homescreen. 😡

My guess is that I will have to set up as new but I wanted to confirm before I took the time to do that.

Sorry if this was already asked, I searched but didn't find anything.

It's black for everyone on the home screen I believe. Same thing as like when it asks you for your iTunes Store password and it uses a black keyboard.

In iOS 7.1 it will be more transparent, so it won't be as distracting when it is compared to the screen bezel.
