back syncing the iPhone 3G?

hey all.

I'm sorry if this has already been posted but you should understand why in a minute.

I have a macbook that I sync my iPhone 3G too. My mb has now died complety 🙁 I had all my music etc on there and now it's all gone 🙁 so sad. I should of been backing up but stupidly didn't!

So when I get my new laptop (hopefully new mbp when they come out) is there anyway I can get everything back off my iphone to the laptop?

I love my iPhone but after a while typing it's a little anyoing. Espesally as my only portable device!
