I was browsing thru the iOS beta 12.2 beta 4 thread and then I began to think. What’s the last problems that I’ve had with my iPhone? Dropped calls? None... freezes.. none.. battery life. GREAT.
It’s almost like I can go unconscious. The hardware and software just blend, gets out of the way, and let me do what I wanted to do at that moment.
This is the first time I’ve felt this way since iOS 10 at the earliest... maybe even earlier than that. The iPhone is back to the level of smoothness and dependability that it was known for.

Wait for iOS 13, when they add bunch of features and mess everything up, you will be begging to return to iOS 12.

I won't be updating until I see strong consensus that everything is OK.

i upgraded to 12 on the ipad just this Wednesday and the response is faster, so i'm pleased!
The reason i was reluctant was I thought the iOSX would take over my Ipad with constant swirling emojis and replace the albums there with nothing but hippity-hoppity music!
no of that happened!

Right. I'm one of those people. The urge to update is pretty much irresistible.

i update all the time, and run the betas (accepting that there will be issues, and there often are). but thing of complaining about each new OS is tiresome. things change, that's the whole point of a new OS... change. seems ppl crave the 'new', then get upset when that actually happens...
