I have been using Ventura for a few months, Also had Monterey on the original drive. So i decided i would do a fresh install of the Latest Monterey. Having got it all setup with everything i need I have to say i prefer Monterey over Ventura. It just seem's slicker and much better system settings over the new Ventura version.

Will be sticking with Monterey.

I wonder if Monterey is and always will be the Best OSX version for INTEL BASED MAC'S! just seems so much smoother than Ventura. I think its about time Apple gave up on new OSX version's every year and just concentrated all OSX team's on one version of OSX to make it less buggy for user's.

I hate the new preference pane as well. I'll stick with monterey till Apple drops support, which is in a year probably :(

I was just thinking the same and came here to see if it was just me. The 13.5 location services bug was the last straw.

Recently, I'm wondering how safe it actually is to use any version of macOS prior to the latest, since Apple does not necessarily fix all security related issues in older version (i.e. older version that still receive update).
Until now, I thought Monterey was at least as safe as Ventura…🙈
