hey everyone i have a slight problem and it's annoying me. Even though i could get it to work with enough attemps here it is.

I have a iMac with NO password to access the computer or install things on.
I have a MBP with NO password to access the computer or install things on.

Now i set up my "back to my mac" so i can see if it would work, so i enabled back to my mac, file sharing and screen sharing on BOTH.

I save the link to my computer. it says the name of the computer though? I thought i would need the IP Address. it says CLarks MBP or Clarks iMac.

Anyway when i do it keep asking me for a f@#$@3 password and idon't kow what it is. I tried my .Mac and it wouldn't work, i tried my published website password and nothing, then i clear everything and after two attemps of that, it works. It's weird. Same goes for my laptop... I clear everything and nothing for many attemps, then i have to try other passowrds and then back to clear and finally it works. What is up with that. I though it has to be my .mac user name and password. I tried the user name for both computers with no password and nothing... ?!?!!? what f$@# passord and user name?

The reason why i'm asking is because i'm vacationing to DR this month, and it's my FIRST time traveling with my laptop since i just got it 1 in a half month ago. Can someone help?

I even checked off where it says use this password, and when i do, nothing happend.

SO then WHAT USER NAME AND WHAT PASSWORD DO I USE. If i check of use this password, then WHAT'S MY USER NAME?.. is it the computer i'm using of the computer i'm trying to access user name?!?!

Also how do i find my ip address?.. Because when i go to sharing it just gives me link but with my name.. And i saw my ip address but i'm on a router so i'm PRETTY sure everyone using a router has that 169.1.1.1 i think.. You know that standard ip address that the last number changes because i'm on a router. How will i be able to access my computer using my address and it will locate my comptuer with my .Mac.

Also i know my iMac has to be on and awake.

It works sometimes with no password and it's a great feature "back to my mac".
