Back to My Mac broken after last update

Anyone else experience Back to My Mac breaking after the last OSX Server update? I've erased the keys in the keychain, toggled on and off B2MM, done a tracer route and I'm stumped.

Edit: I went back prior to the 2013 7-2 security update released on 7/2/13 and back to my mac worked again. I reinstalled the update and it vanished again.

3rd install was a charm

It appears to be back up after the 3rd time capsule restore and re-download. Not sure what happened.
