I'm trying to set a Mac at work up to access the Mac from home. I don't really care about accessing the work Mac from home, but I would like to be able to access my files from the home Mac at work. I've got an Airport Express on the Mac at home, but unfortunately we have a router that does not support uPNP or NAT-PMP at the office.

Is there any workaround to enabling this to work? On the work end, I can see the home Mac in the shared computers list and I can connect to screen sharing (albeit extremely slowly) but not file access.

Is it necessary to have this enabled at the work end for communication with just the Mac at home?
