Back to my mac

Hi,

I'm new to the Apple eco system. I bought an iMac earlier this year, and since I work as a freelance translator, I'm now looking into buying a Macbook for when on the road. I need to run windows on my iMac, because my main translation software is not available for OS. I'm not looking forward to buying Parallels (and Windows) again for my Macbook, so I'm wondering if I buy the 256GB MB, and using Back to my Mac, I'll be able to use my Windows software that's on my iMac. Anybody has any experience with Parallels and Back to my Mac?

Also, how does the MB cope with Office programs (mainly Outlook, Word and Excel)

I immediately thought you were accessing it directly, but of course, a screen share should be doable if you dont mind lag and have a good connection on either end.

The MB will do fine with MS Office.
