when did the back to school campaign with the free ipod start in europe in the last years. i remember that we had it here too, but i don't remember the timeframe..

There's a recent thread that about it - can't remember what it said (sorry), but it was July or August (I think).

August 1st and October 7th according to http://www.apple.com/uk/backtoschool/faq.html

It is possible to get country specific information by changing the "uk" to correspond your own country, i.e. "se" for Sweden, "fi" for Finland, "fr" for France and so on..

Is Leopard's release date still ~October, or have they given it a specific date? I'd really like to nail to birds with one stone. 🙁
