I've recently purchased Lion so i'm trying to back up everything but every time I try to back up my macbook, it completely freeze my macbook and will not respond to anything (not even restart). I have been doing force restart for over 20 times now and I don't think it's good for my macbook if I continue to do so.
The other problem is with the app store. When I download Lion it would also freeze during download and unless I restart my macbook, it will not respond. Then I would need to start the download from the beginning again.
Can anyone help me please, I've been doing this for the past two days and it's starting to drive me insane.
