back up iphone 3gs on new laptop

hi guys i work up this morning to find out that my macbook died (hdd clicking) and my iphone is only backed up with that laptop
is there anyway i can back up my iphone with out loseing anything? apps snd songs i dont mind loseing

Just plug it into any itunes library and back it up.
