Back up or folder syncing program

I have a multitude of hard drives that I store various media on. I have tried to find a program that would sync a folder on a NES drive and a usb drive on my extreme. The program would be a replacement for backup of the drive.

I have found tons of windows freeware/shareware versions, but have not found an Mac option. Any suggestions?
