Back up problem

    Hey, whenever i try to back up my iPhone so that I can jailbreak without loosing everything. It just says AppleMobileBackup is not working and it does every time try. Hav tried to reinstall iTunes and everything but nothing works, help please? I have Windows Vista 32-bit
