Background default resetting problem

    Have you tried repairing permissions with Disk Utility?

    umm

    Nope i don't know how to do that... What do i do?

    Open /Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility.app, select your system drive partition in the list on the left side, and click Repair Permissions.

    hi

    So if i repair permissions on all the drives.. will i lose any information thats on them? like any of my files

    No. Repairing permissions doesn't affect data. It just changes who can access certain files on your hard drive.
