Background in Finder window

Hey everyone. I've managed to get a background pick in a fider winodw right? I was wondering though, if you were able to place a picture on the left side bar as shown with the red and black arrow in the picture. Thanks in advance for your replies.

Someone is very protective on their name 😉

I don't think there is any way to do this, at least not with Finder, there might be a 3rd party app out there that will do it for you.

I've tried, but I couldn't get it to work. White looks clean and organized😉

You can colourise the sidebar, but it's a bit of a hack.
