'Background Replace' in login items

Just noticed this in the Admin login box. What/where is it?

Finder (content) search: logitech camera settings
Perhaps such is from a Logitech camera install?

If you are referring to System Preferences - Users & Groups - Login Items, you can right-click on the item and reveal it in Finder.
