    Hey,

I own a 1st gen iPhone. It's jailbroken and unlocked. I live in Iceland so I had to do that.
So I've decided to buy the iPhone 3G S from Italy and I was wondering if it would be a problem to sync my backed up jailbroken and unlocked iPhone to a ,,legally" unlocked iPhone 3G S?

    1. Plug old iPhone into iTunes and wait for it to finish syncing.
    2. Plug new iPhone into iTunes and restore from backup.

    Everything will be there.

Are you sure Cydia and that kind of stuff wont ,,hurt" or damage the new iPhone?

Cydia and that stuff isn't backed up by iTunes. It will not be on your 3G S once you restore.
