Backing up Address Book and iCal

I want to add the info I keep in these two programs to my daily backup. I use Backup btw. Anyone know where the info is actually kept? I did some searches, and it seems maybe to be in the Apps themselves? Can't be sure...

Hi. Well, there are many suggestions that could be made...Time Machine, SuperDuper, etc, etc.

If you're not using the scenarios above, I would suggest backing up your
entire User folder....using Synk Standard (or Synk Pro)

Personally... I LOVE Synk Standard... since you can easily save actions as scripts allowing you to rerun the actions with one click.

Thanks! Two questions.

1) When I look at those folders you describe, their most recent date isn't today, or yesterday, though I use the programs every day. Is that definitely where the info is kept?

2) How would you do it?
