Backing up and clearing photos from iPhone without a computer

My parents both have iPhones, but no home computer. So what's the best method for them to offload their photos somewhere without loosing them? They don't take a ton of photos, so iCloud works fine for backup purposes, but they don't have a solution for archiving and accessing previously taken photos?

Simplicity is needed as they are novice users. We're happy to pay for a service, as long as it works well.

any sort of cloud storage deal, as mentioned above would work great. I have previously used BitCasa and photobucket for situations like you mentioned. Either is fairly easy to use.

You can set up Google+ to auto upload pictures (and not share them) and have 15GB of space (in a new account).

Yes, Dropbox is your best bet. It's a free app from the iTunes store and very easy to set up.
