So my Mac OS Lion has been kind of buggy lately. I am planning to perform another clean install. I was wondering how do I back up the apps I have in my itunes? I have a lot of apps and to search them all up again would be such a pain.

Use Time Machine to back up your entire drive and then selectively restore what you want.

You can also clone it using Carbon Copy Cloner and you'll have an exact duplicate of the volume.
