Backing up Contacts to Yahoo?

I've done this twice before. Well now I can't seem to do it for some reason as the Yahoo! Address Book site is different.

I'm trying to save every contact on my iPhone to Yahoo! Address Book before restoring my phone.

Any help is appreciated.

in itunes when you go to the sync contact tab isnt there an option for yahoo in the drop down?

Wont that just add from yahoo to iphone? I want the other way around. I want to save my contacts online.

no it goes both ways...I save my contacts to Yahoo and whenever I add a new number to my iPhone when I sync the contact is added to my Yahoo Address book...and when I add a contact to my Yahoo Address book it appears on my iPhone after a sync

Or you can use google exchange sync which will sync all your contacts over the air and immideately when a contact is added/updated/deleted.
