I use iCloud for Calendar syncing and notes primarily. I've had a handful of notes disappear over the years and I just lost one recently that I need. It's possible I accidentally deleted it, I guess, but it really looks like it was just lost into the cloud.

I know I can manually export each note as a PDF, but guess what? I'm never going to do that. So what I'd like is if there's some sort of a utility to automatically archive iCloud Data locally and automatically. That way it could back up stuff I use only periodically and if it were to mysteriously be deleted on iCloud then I'd be fine. I don't even need it to sync, just back up. It'd be great if Time Capsule could do this, or even to a Mac or something, I don't like being this reliant on iCloud which I view as not entirely reliable.

Edit - found my note on the iCloud site, but not in my "All iCloud" notes for some reason. So note recovered, but still want a backup solution
