    I have a Pismo G3 running OSX 10.3.9
I've backed up my HD with an Iomega Mini Max ext.HD (Via Fire wire)
Hypothetical question; If I bought a 16GB Flash memory and plugged it into the USB on the Minimax could I CCC my HD to the flashmemory and create a bootable HD from the Flash stick.`(For the moment My HD is about 12GB)
Just asking 'cos a friends Iomega ext HD just crashed for no reason and he lost a lot of stuff.
Alternativly could I just plug the Flash straight into the computer and then CCC it ? or does it have to be Firewire. thanks

PowerPC Macs can only boot to FireWire drives.
