Hello Everyone,

When the public release of IOS7 comes out tomorrow i want to do a fresh install of the software to eliminate all of the bugs from past betas. Is there a way to back up text messages? I know its not completely necessary to keep them, but i just like to keep them for reference.

There was a way a while back to do this, but that was back on ios 5 i believe. If there’s a more efficient way of going about it that would be awesome!

Thanks in advance!

Awesome program that lets you back up Apps+data, home screen icon settings as well as messages.

thanks for the reply!

Where does it allow me to backup text messages?

It stores them on your PC. Then you can import them after you load iOS 7. I would also recommend doing an iTunes backup. There are also ways to get text messages from that.
